Crowning the tower, each sky villa pairs panoramic Bangkok views with a private pool, generous volumes and Porsche Design detailing throughout. Allocation is by private appointment.

Porsche Design Tower Miami
Opened in March 2017 on Sunny Isles Beach, the 60-storey cylindrical tower introduced the patented "Dezervator" car elevator, carrying residents and their cars directly to glass-walled sky garages beside their living rooms. Its legacy now continues in Bangkok.

Asia's first Porsche Design Tower — a branded luxury residence by Porsche Design and Ananda Development in Thonglor, Bangkok's most prestigious district, following the original Porsche Design Tower Miami.
How many residences are there?
Only 22 sky villas — duplex and quadplex residences of approximately 525 to 1,135 m², each with a private pool balcony and 24/7 butler service.
What do the sky villas cost?
Prices average around USD 15 million, reaching up to USD 40 million for the largest residences. Allocation is by private appointment.
When will it be completed?
Completion is planned for the end of 2028, making it one of the most anticipated luxury properties in Asia.
